I have added For Rent and For Sale forums to the site. Please list any property you have for sale or for rent! Just start a new discussion in the right category. It's free to list and to read.

If you're looking for a place to rent or to buy, please update your profile with the zip code you're interested in, tick the correct boxes, and fill in a little about what you're looking for. It will show up in your "About" page that people see when they click on your name or icon.

I don't think the for sale and for rent forums would get much traffic here. People go to Craigslist for that. Also, some of your readers are insensitive in posting their response. This prevents others from posting here. We found our last 3 tenants from Craigslist. We don't need to listen or deal with the insensitive comments from here. Just post on Craigslist, show and choose our tenants. Come on. You're smart. I don't think you'd have any issue figuring out a niche. :)
