U.S. Middle District Senior Judge Sylvia H. Rambo also ordered Joanne M. Seeley, 42, to pay almost $2.5 million in restitution to victims in Cumberland, Adams and York counties. Seeley, formerly of East Berlin, was convicted in November of wire fraud and money laundering.
