Funny thing is, this is relevant to a real estate blog.

Imagine the California coastline after Greenland's ice sheet melts -- sea level will be 20+ feet higher.

My beloved Santa Cruz will be washed out to sea!

Yea, easy come, easy go I guess. Just move to higher ground. The beach will always be there just in a higher location. No need to worry or panic. Jeesh.

Changes usually mean opportunities. I am not worried about climate change. I am very worried about unintended consequences of climate change mitigation.

20' of elevation wont even cross the street where the Boardwalk sits. Coconut Gove and Netune's mini-golf will not skip a beat.

But, the nudie beach will be under water.

Over in Monterey, Canary Row will be a bit damp on wave days.

The Lone Cypress wont get touched with 20' of rise.

How come nobody figures on the new liquid water being tuned into more clouds, rain, snow, and more ice sheets in other locations? like, rain in Eqypt and ice sheets in Yosemite?

20' aint too big a deal, cept for the delta and the bridge system for letting ships in and out. A whole buncha peatmoss will be sea bottom.

Lol, the Koch Brothers no doubt think he hates America. But I think those brothers hate everything but screwing America.
