Miss Nevada Caught With Her Pants (And Shirt) Off!

When Los Angeles police kicked in the door of the wrong apartment, they got the most out of their search warrant!

They forced the innocent occupant, who happened to be former Miss Nevada Caleche Ranae Manos, to show them her hands and everything else!

Now the beauty queen is suing the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for negligence, false imprisonment, and even sexual harassment. She alleges that cops lingered creepily even after realizing their mistake.

The number of search warrants per state should be limited to 1 per 100,000 residents per year so cops have to right over the limited resources. That way judges will be careful in handing out the warrants and the warrants will be executed with care as to not waste them. The problem is that warrants are handed out like candy. They are too easy to get and there are too many of the fulfilled.

NO the problem is increasingly the quality of suitable people to be Police. Between pay cuts, with lost tax revenue on top of your average candidate mentality. These aren't John Wayne types that think they are fighting a good fight, of protecting the good and right from the bad element. For most it's most it's just a cushy City job with perks like a car they get to take home. These people have gambling habits, drinking or substance addiction, mental disorders, family problems in the way, so much crap going on in their private life. By the time they make it to a problem, it's a personal infringement on them. Now all that being said, John Wayne wouldn't want the job, and he damn sure wouldn't deserve all of the stress and grief he would get from the internal politics of being a cop. It's a shitty job. This story could have just as well been about this woman's life being threatened and they showed up and did nothing, only to have her killed after they left .
