"The Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee do not accept contributions from federally registered lobbyists."

I know, it's Huffington Post and all, but still...

Glad to see you're digging deep to comprehend what "Lobbyinst Donations" means.

    It's all relative.

I get it, you wouldn't change your mind if you found out that Romney was Satan himself.

Cap'n ShutUp - You listed the US Government as a contributor of $513,308. Is that a mistake? How is it possible that the government can take taxpayer money (they have NO money of their own) and donate it to EITHER candidate???

Oh wait, I'm quite sure Lawless Eric Holder is looking into this matter as we speak.

Marcus, haha, thats a good one: "you wouldn't change your mind if you found out that Romney was Satan himself".

And would you change your mind if you found out your Muslim Messiah was actually 666 - the Anti-Christ himself? Well would 'ya?

It's no secret, I have proclaimed that I would vote for the Lizard king, if Romney's skin suit fell off, revealing a reptilian inner core.

    IT was an expression.

But I find it fascinating the extent to which otherwise moderate republicans, who have little respect for lunatics who run their party, still eat up all of the anti Obama propaganda generated by the same lunatics, and seemingly have zero critical thinking skills when it comes to analyzing what Romney's policies would do to our economy, our deficits or our long term future.

The burning question is this: Is the country better off now than it was about four years ago? Welcome to obamas world, where things are looking up!

    Unemployment UP
    gas prices UP
    food stamp usage UP
    misery index UP
    food prices UP
    inflation UP
    forclosures UP
    government dependency UP
    utility prices UP

All clear victories for the obama regime. They've got the people right where they want them...dependent upon government for their very subsistence.

That, of course, guarantees a "loyal" voter base (wink, wink), get it?

That's exactly right - just because some republican donors either have deeper pockets or are willing to donate more doesn't change the fact that the main donors are the same for both candidates and so are their politics in the main important areas. Barack Romney or Mitt Obama, both owned and paid for - your pick.
