Kids being sent to jail for minor infractions such as ditching - then being maced in their small, cramped cells because they talked too much or didn't sit in the back of the cell. The lawsuit filed by the southern poverty law center states that the kids in public schools are being sent to jail for no real reason.
Mostly african-american or kids with disabilities.
Well, that'll teach the little fuckers to act out in school. Not only that, it gives them a career to look forward to (prisoner) and provides on-the-job training.
