And so it goes. In the face of all the multiple cash only bids, there lives houses that must hit the "reduced" button over and over just to get a single bid. There has to be a hint of fraud in this market IMHO. Lies of the multiple on top of lies with the listing price. Price is wrong you greedy souls and even with 0% mortgages the buyers will not come.
