Step 2: When the electorate is outraged and Democrats take over, kill every single bill and stop every single policy by using the filibuster rule. Step 3: Blame Democrats for all the destructive fallout. It's like torching a building, sabotaging all the water mains, and blaming the firemen for not putting it out. This is the Republican party.
