    Yep, San Jose has the highest price to rent.

    I really have to question their methodology though. How similar are the rental and listed properties really? For instance it would make a big difference if the rentals are well worn original 1970 vintage houses while the listed properties are newly remodeled palaces. Are the rental and listed neighborhoods identical? What was the spread on the neighborhoods? Were they looking at poor, working class neighborhoods AND high end or just working class?
