Just another history professor, he started writing things that certain groups liked, and since then he's been showered with money, speaking engagements, invitations to news shows, and general sponsorship. Isn't it interesting? When was the last time you saw somebody like Howard Zinn on a mainstream media news show? The late Gore Vidal? Almost never.
