I was having some issues with a airline reservation I was trying to make online. Called United Reservations. The person I was talking with was pretty clueless. I managed to answer my own question after looking at the website.
I am on call from time-to-time and have to deal with IT problems and non IT users. I keep the answers to their questions short and simple.
The users are happy and I can go back to bed.
(I'm normally only called late at night when the corporate help desk is unable to resolve the problem)
