Lady Realtor, when I asked if she could recommend a buyers agent, said she would if I attend her open house this afternoon. My guess it's either her or one of her agency hacks.

This San Francisco gem is going for $621 a sq ft. Not sure about the neighborhood. What I see on Google Maps does not impress me.

Tons of homeless and lots of traffic on 6th street. Good to rent for a young urban professional with no kids, but once you hit the 30s it's run as fast as you can. Avoid or maybe bid $400K max., if you find that you are really into this area and the place, maybe $500K, but only if it is your dream home.
