Right outside the main gate at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. I'm surprised someone didn't spray them with machine gun fire.

When a town interferes with their right to assemble, they can sue, and sometimes get legal fees. Also if somebody sues them, there can be fee shifting on appeal. They made a bundle when SCOTUS sided with them after they picketed a funeral. They do their own legal work, so it all goes to them. Also, they get donations from deluded fools.
