Is the realtor trying to buy this?

Why would they post such terrible photos and describe it as a "fixer-upper". It looks to me like they are trying to make this house look bad and keep it from selling. It may not be a peach, but why not close the lid to the washer before taking the picture? Don't they usually try to gloss over the warts instead of trying to point them out?

Fishy.
