    One of the main reasons is the expanded use of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to do the stuff that doesn't require a doctor, which is actually most of medical care.

    Your headline says the opposite of what your linked article says. Your linked article acknowledges that premiums are increasing. Meanwhile, others point out the fact that Obamacare is actually causing increases despite promises premiums would fall.

    And why are we now attributing some so called positives to ACA? When people on this same forum complained about the negative effects it was having, we were told to be patient, and wait and see what happens in a couple years, once the damn thing is actually implemented
