Kind of run down looking for only an eight year old house. The owners tried to do a FSBO. Gave up. Raised the price $15K and now have a Realtor trying to sell it for them. The Realtard didn't even have any cookies for the Open House. She did offer to help me in my search for my "dream home". Oh and yes, her services are free to buyers!
