Kind of run down looking for only an eight year old house. The owners tried to do a FSBO. Gave up. Raised the price $15K and now have a Realtor trying to sell it for them. The Realtard didn't even have any cookies for the Open House. She did offer to help me in my search for my "dream home". Oh and yes, her services are free to buyers!

Looks like 290 or so might be a more reasonable price. Have to respect the FSBO effort even if they had is priced too high.

I read somewhere that was the curse of FSBO, often priced it too high.

San Anton is such an underrated little area. I was in that downtown area recently with my daughter and enjoyed it quite a bit. Shame about the Alamo, though.

Those bathrooms look like they were dated when the house was built in '04.

On the market for over a year now. Realtor number three. Do they want to sell or what?

I agree; so much so that I just bought a downtown highrise condo.....well, will be closing on Thursday. Texas: birthplace of golfers and theologians. Welcome back Jody, where ya been?
