This piece of fucking emu shit was the local Realtor association's president, too, an exemplar of his profession's ethics, as demonstrated in his stalking of the child:

'According to the report, on one occasion, Budek put sugar on the girl's face and licked it off in an attempt to kiss her. Budek said later his tongue hitting her mouth was an accident.

The girl, aged between 12 and 18 years, placed a controlled call to Budek on Dec. 10, in which he said he was sorry for touching her breasts, and he wouldn't do it again.

Budek was arrested on three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior on Dec. 20 and was released on $15,000 bond. He is required to wear a GPS monitor and refrain from contacting the victim or her family.'

Does anyone really doubt that America and its children wouldn't be safer if we impaled ALL the Realtors?

I thought in California bidding wars it had become customary for each bidder to offer up at least one child as tribute to be devoured alive by the listing agent.
