Is this a flip? Is this a realistic assessment of the appreciation going on in Concord already, or is there something else at play? Curious since you know the area.... Seems over-priced to me but what do I know. Can you tell if this was bought at auction (how?), or was this a foreclosure sale that may have taken a long time to go through....

$98K for less than a month's work?

Then again you can ask anything for a house. Getting it is another story.

There is NO WAY that house will pull anything close to $350K in Concord.

The house is in the $250K Neighborhood. You can see the $350K Neighborhood a couple blocks away.

6 houses for sale (Red)
35 Preforeclosure and foreclosed not yet on market (Blue)

Plenty more houses where that one came from.
