The proposal by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - an unusual one from an industry group that typically benefits from rising prices - is for the central bank to take measures to slow mortgage lending if house price growth exceeds 5 percent a year. whut? They should instead put a minimum rate of growth at 5%.
The government should guarantee a 5+% price rise min per year no matter what you paid, the condition of the house, or any other factor. zoooom real estate prices.
