Say's short sale too But that's crazy low It is on the street that is the exit for the projects on Alamaney Ave

I pulled up the historical sales for that street a few # up and down. 730 Ellsworth St San Francisco CA 94110 03/13/1997: $185,000 714 Ellsworth St San Francisco CA 94110 08/31/2000: $319,000 I agree that 690K is insane as is 400K, but frankly so is 300K since homes like this were priced under 200K. You cannot justify 600K nor can you justify 300K given that prices of Condos and Homes I seen back in 1997 across SF were under 200K.. I saw high rise condos across the Museum of Modern Art at 900 sq ft 2/2 ranging from 180-190K. Even 2000 prices were highly inflated. I dont understand why people are not looking at 10-15 price history...
