    This facility is a good skilled nursing home. The prior owners were Sun Healthcare Group Inc, Sunbridge, who abused and neglected their patients consistently, I can testify. Sun was cited by the Dept of Health for deaths, including my mother’s, Evelyn Calvert’s in 2003-2004. Other deaths they caused were: Richard Laga, gangrene; Betty Harness, fecal impaction; Stella Carter and a man in his 50’s in Room 2-B in Oct 2003 who died from aspiration pneumonia when SUN’s suction equipment failed. See Dept of Health citations and violations for further information regarding these deaths.

    This new company has improved the living conditions and hopefully is staffing according to state law.
