Good lord, that thing is Texan-sized! Nice reduction in price.
Looks like I don’t have the right point on the map for it though, unless that was just a field when the satellie photo was taken.

They call this style Euro-Texan. Nice homes if you have the money. The property on Cat Springs backs to a creek. I has a rather small back yard however. At least for an acre of land.
BTW, each house is wired for FTTH. (Fiber to the home) For both Internet and HDTV. Cool.
