“TMZ has obtained files from the 1993 Santa Barbara molestation investigation. A deputy from the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department noted the young accuser was able to describe — in explicit detail — the discoloration on Jackson’s genital area … the result of Vitiligo.
“Dr. Klein insists Jackson did not molest the boy, and says the reason he could describe Jackson’s genitals is because Jackson liked to pee in front of other people. Dr. Klein said Jackson thought it was funny.
“Klein says there were numerous times when Jackson would pee in the doctor’s home – in a cup!!! — around groups of people, including children. Klein says Jackson would also pee in front of other people in his office. Dr. Klein says the 1993 accuser saw Jackson peeing and that’s why he could identify the genital markings.”

Wow, it was so worth the 13 year wait for that riveting explanation. I can’t wait for more tidbits that explain the oxygen chambers, the masks, purchasing children to have someone his age to play with, odd behaviors… and someone please, please tell me why grabbing his crotch when he danced was considered to be a unique dance move? It took years for me to get my little boy to stop grabbing his in public…

WackoJacko was a dirty and vile pedophile. He paid $20 million to keep himself from going to prison~~~but prison is where he belonged. The world is a better and safer place with WackoJacko dead and buried (at least I think he has been buried, his tacky ‘fambly’ dragged his desiccated carcass all over the place in order to cash in on his death and ‘legacy’).
I don’t understand why anyone would excuse pedophiles because of their talent~~~and WackoJacko was talented. I suppose it’s the same type of mentality that makes people find excuses for Roman Polanski.

I blame the parents for driving their kids to play dates with a grown ass man.
Talent is subjective, personally I found his career one dimensional and lacked dynamics.
I mean sure he had different songs, but ultimately they were over produced. Just more typical formulas and compilations of commercial pop music of it’s time.
I think Thriller is the only exemption from scrutiny in his whole career.
But lets be real this wasn’t exactly an MJ exclusive project with Quincy Jones producing and the hottest guitarist and keyboardists laying down the music tracks. Any American Idol reject could have made that album a Platinum hit.

So pulling out one’s dick in front of children isn’t a crime? I thought there was a laws on the books against urinating in public, and flashing ones private’s in public was considered a SEX crime. Is that a valid defense now? Sorry I wasn’t flashing the children, I was just peeing in a cup cause I’m too frigging lazy to walk down the hall to the bathroom. So by the doctor’s own admission, Micheal Jackson was a Sex offender (unconvicted perhaps) and since his crimes were also against children, wouldn’t that be a Child Sex Offender. Funny isn’t that the exact definition of a Pedophile?

Dude was nutty, self-hating, but good at beat finding. I doubt he ever touched or harmed a kid, other than emotional scars, and the interaction was the parents fault.

I think that MJ’s defender is full of shit.
- This is the first we’ve ever heard of this. Something this odd surely would have surfaced before now. (sorry for calling ya’ll Shirley…)
- If he did actually walk around peeing in random cups & places, his hands surely would have covered most of his member - making it difficult for a child to identify the specific identifying marks to which he testified.
- In my experience, when one is urinating in public (I’m talking camping situations, here, please don’t allow your imaginations to run wild), any witnesses aren’t close enough to see anything. Most peole don’t like to have someone else urinate that close to their faces. Notice that I said “most,” to accomodate for the perv’s out there.
- MJ was well known for his fear of infection, wearing a mask and gloves and demanding a clean and/or sterile environment. Urininating in public would be contra-dick-tory (thanks for that one…)
-The guy who introduced us to the pee-pee defense, which wasn’t used during the 1993 trial or since, is plastic surgeon Dr. Klein. Dr. Klein is currently billing MJ’s estate for 179 “procedures” in the last 3 months of the entertainer’s life (an average of two procedures per day). According to Klein’s attorney, “Any and all treatment Arnold Klein provided to Michael Jackson was reasonable, appropriate, and medically necessary.” It should be noted that many of these were injections - the press is making a huge deal that:

However, IM injection is a shot. It could be botox, it could be antibiotics, it could be water injected, and… yes, it could be demerol. But the ICD-9 code, so far as I can tell from the news reports, doesn’t specify the medication. This is inflamatory - which is to be expected, as pretty much every report about MJ goes for the wierd angle. That’s not hard to do…

Good point, tot. However, I do believe that one’s job qualifications must actually go beyond the ability (and willingness) to pee in a cup in front of people. I mean, that’s not a job within itself…
