Remember there are NO jobs out here: residents now are either (1) weekend folks from NYC (2) retirees that used to be category 1 (3) town government folks who have been here for 10-20 years, bought a long time ago or (4) Bankers buying ostentatious Mcmansions along the water with their bonuses.
This house is nothing but a chance to own a dump on a leftover buffer strip along a corner in Sag Harbor. BFD. As if someone is gonna think you hang with Billy Joel. Or, maybe they hope the buyer will think so.
