I drive past this house every day taking my kid to school. I watched it get rehabbed for most of last year. It went on sale quite a while ago and has just sat. Finally I got curious to see what they were asking for it. Classic lipstick on a pig scenario - they did a lot of cosmetic upgrades, but overall the place isn't that interesting. It's also located on a busy road parallel to Middlefield so a lot of folks, including me, use it as a shortcut, speedbumps and all.
