The carpets are really cheap and look like they couldn't withstand any type of wear and tear. The bathroom was outdated and the oven is easily from the 70's. The counter tops are much like the carpet. It was freshly painted but the doors are painted a dull grey/brown. I think they were asking 1300? As it is, I'm sure they'll find "great" renters. Fix it up, and it'd be a nice place to live.
