Also because the bottom story is commercial space, lenders do require at least 40-50% down. Its a liability or something... Interior wise its amazing, very clean, tons of light! Commercial space needs a major renovation, the floors in the kitchen also need to be replaced. Also note I don't believe its available anymore. I walk my dog in that area nightly and have seen lights on and people inside.
