Moving Average Conversion Diversion (MACD) is very useful indicator of a security momentum.
Is there something similar for Case Schiller index?

MACD is a mathematical algorithm that may be applied to any data series. It's a matter of having access to the data series, applying the algorithm, and then charting the series alongside the algorithm.
You could do this in Excel if you wanted to. Here is how --

Since the MACD is considered a lagging (after-the-fact and not necessarily predictive) indicator, may I recommend using an algorithm that is leading (predictive)? Anything based entirely on unfiltered moving averages (such as the MACD) is a lagging indicator.
Try the CCI (Commodity Channel Index) or the True Strength Index (TSI) with a 9-unit moving average. Look for oversold signals that then move upward and cross the zero line. That is a buy signal.
