I wrote my "serious delusions of grandeur" comment before knowing about the foreclosure, FWIW. What's hilarious is trying to claim that a 1993 remodel somehow means this property jumped $4M+ in value in 2007. And then the lender trying to claim that the 1993 remodel raised the value $2M+ in 2008. Etc.
