It's hard to keep track of the carousel of figureheads the underclass appoints to abuse them. He looks vaguely familiar though. I think he served drinks at the White House poker nights back in the 80s. Can't imagine he would take a demotion to President, but he did strike me as a kind of Nancy-boy, always complaining about his left arm. I'll bet the American public adored him.
