Hi Patrick, I put together a chart with the projected Miami-Dade foreclosures for 2008. At 50,798 it is nearly double the 2007 foreclosures. A lot of real estate agents here are convinced that condo prices will stabilize around the current 300-400/sq foot plus exorbitant association fee ($700/month). This is wishful thinking at its best.
