Very weird $11M foreclosure in Atherton

I'm not telling you how to run your business, and you are in within your
rights to tell me to sod off, but IMHO, it doesn't *seem* like a
good business practice to represent distressed properties for rent that are
likely to go into foreclosure (at least without noting it in the Ad on
Craigslist).

YH 1 LLC (borrower) is listed in the phone book as Real Estate Investment Trust
with the same address, but the actual company sells toilet paper made from
renewable sources when you trace back the LLC owner. I know there is a joke
somewhere in that.

but it looks like the LLC was setup solely and exclusively to buy 65 Selby
Lane. And the more I dig, the more I am confused and suspicious.
Here are some odd findings:
YH 1 LLC owns 65 Selby Lane. A home for sale worth a purported $11 Million.
The owner and principal name of YH 1 LLC is Mr. Ni Yen Gee
Mr. Ni Yen Gee lists himself as the CEO and Director of LGP Paper, in addition
to the principal for YH 1 LLC, both in San Francisco.
LGP Paper does not exist according the State of California.
LGP Paper's address, according to their own website and Mr. Ni Yen Gee's own
business card, is 1698 Fell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102
1698 Fell Street is a Chevron Gas Station!
YH 1 LLC lists their business address with the State of California as 1648 UNION STREET STE 101
1648 UNION STREET STE 101 is an architectural firm (no apparent affiliation to YH 1 LLC)
YH 1 LLC lists their service address as 7 WOODMONT WAY, in Oakland.
According to donation records for the RNC, a Dr. Floyd Fortuin lives at 7
WOODMONT WAY, in Oakland. No apparent relation.
Nothing for YH 1 traces to any apparently valid address or business, except
it lists in the yellow pages as an investment company.
As far as I could find, the owner of 65 Selby Lane is the CEO of an
undocumented, unregistered Paper company running out of a Chevron Gas Station.
The property was purchased and a ton of cash was pulled out. Not uncommon, but
the odd thing is, I remember this house sitting empty and for sale for a long
time, and now for rent. I don't have the documents to support it, just my
memory, but I don't think the house was ever lived in.
Everything after this point is conjecture, and speculation. I think the
property was purchased just to pull cash out of. The owner did exactly that. As
a matter of fact, the owner took out cash to the tune of $1.7 Million the very
month they purchased it. Maybe that's how they made payments. Then they
pulled out a whopping $7.3 Million and went into default 16 months later. Where
did the cash go?
Just a lot of odd things.
I remembered seeing 65 Selby for sale, then I saw it on Craigslist to rent. It
didn't click until I saw it on forclosureradar.com.
