NJ NAR fudges numbers
Patrick,
I'd be surprised if you aren't already writing about the NAR sales calculation
mistake that resulted in the reported New Jersey first quarter sales being
revised from +4% to -30%.
Despite what the NJAR might want anyone to believe, I believe I'm the one who
identified this issue. While the pundits were busy spinning the positive
numbers, I was sounding the alarm. See the evidence below:
