Wow, now you have to pay your bills before you qualify for a mortgage.

The "everyone deserves a home" program just hit another bump. They changed it to "only people up on their bills deserve a home". Incredible progress. Just stupid stupid people running the national Ponzi scam. We lobby to fight the 1%, but don't even talk about the corruption in house price manipulation by these organizations. They all deserve to fail, which they never will because we just keep bailing them out with taxpayers money.

Pay no attention to the abuses made by the 99%. They don't matter when it's easier to blame the rich. No one 'deserves' a home. No one is owed a living. The sooner everyone understands that the sooner we will get this country back on track.

geee i wonder who is more palpable; Pied Piper or the rats scurrying in line behind him? The rich have blame coming ever which way nomatter how you spin it, that the entitlement to greed culture they fostered has created a society of bad apples doesn't absolve them of a thing. All frauds and cheats should be thrown in jail from the single mother to the multi billionaire

This is horrible.
I thought tax payer's money should be the easiest to get.

Also, the limit should be $5000 in CA, because the rent is high.

Shouldn't that $1000 be shoved on to taxpayers so that housing becomes the most easily acquired commodity? LOL.

"FHA to reject borrowers in minor credit disputes "

"Disputes" being the keyword here. The problem isn't being required to pay your debt, before they will loan you money. I had to pay a judgement before they would approve my home loan back on '10.

What is going on here, you will be on the hook for any and all of those fraudulent charges, especially when your identity was stolen, and your disputing the charges.

Now wait for it...

It's no accident this new rules comes on the heels of A data breach at a payments processing firm has potentially compromised up to 1.5 million credit and debit card numbers from all of the major card brands.

Bwahahaha all your identity theft and credit fraud belong to you!
