No other way of rolling back the pork barrel of self dealing that has been going on in the state and cities for years.

I read somewhere that there is a secret congressional committee studying the ways and means of allowing states to go through a form of bankruptcy for the purpose of re-negotiating all of the excessive giveaways. There is no way that politicians will ever directly face the angry mobs of entitled groups like the Gov did in Wisconsin state by state without bankruptcy to shift the blame.
