Hi, a friend of mine has been looking for a house for over a year. This house just came on the market today and also fits the criteria sought.

1.) Location, it's above Rinaldi in Granada Hills.
2.) Price and Price per square foot within range.
3.) Pool, non negotable, must have.
4.) Classic never goes out of style.
5.) Rental value unknown at this time as well as buyers financing to compare.
If someone really wants to buy and live in this property is the best that I have seen and with a location above Rinaldi I don't see how they can go seriously wrong and looking at the pictures living in the house will be a pleasure as well.
