I'm just stating what she will (try to) do.
I'm not sure what can happen to prevent her from doing it.
as you can see in the image, grandma is now heading off the Federal Reserve, some things i expect from this sweet elderly lady:
1) homemade chocolate chip cookies
2) artificially low interest rates
3) QE infinity
