Couldn't all the website problems been avoided with a pre-planned QUEUE system enacted.
Why not just say... Week 1... Only those with last names beginning with A thru C will be allowed to sign up for healthcare... Week 2 ... D thru F. And if you don't sign up in your given week you can sign up after... But wouldn't that have helped the system dramatically.
When you go in to a voting place they have you stand in different lines based on your last name... which SPEEDS THINGS ALONG. Kind of crazy they didn't think to do the same thing for the registration for healthcare process.
