That could mean anything. 4.2 million were actually able to get through on the Obamacare website. Which the first thing you have to do is create an account. Then you sign up for the plan they stick you with. Now if 4.2 million have signed up for a plan, I'd like to see that article if you have it anywhere. Otherwise take your Obamacare navigator crap somewhere it's needed.
