How much taxpayer money was sent to ole jpm for a bailout?

Now we punish them and make them pay a small fraction of it back and label it them paying a fine

Only in america

There will be no justice until Mozillo, Dimon, Lewis, and the rest of the rotten skunks are in San Quentin with Scott peterson and Manson listening to old Johnny Cash records.

The behavior of JP Morgan and other bankers, including Hank Paulson and Robert Rubin, is no different than a huckster lying about what he is selling you. It is common fraud, but on a very large scale.

Imagine if a bank robber were able to negotiate with the police, promising to return a portion of the stolen money for no jail time.

And yes. It's a shame that the Bushbama administrations decided to abandon the rule of law and let fraud at the TBTFs go unpunished and instead shove money up their asses. In fact it's criminal ;)

Bankers can perform an important function: Our crash tests would provide better results using live, worthless human beings instead of dummies or cadavers.
