"In response, the Oklahoma Capitol Preservation Commission recently placed a moratorium on considering any new requests."

"Anybody can still make their request, but we'll hold off on considering them until the lawsuit is adjudicated," commission Chairman Trait Thompson said."

Remove all religious symbols,Ten Commandments, from the Capitol because we must preserve the grounds. An injunction might get the job done until there is a legal decision.

I don't just like this, i love it.
It's a great way of destroying religion.
Every faith must be treated equally, or it's no faith at all.

Every time a Satanic statue, a Hindu monument, or any other non-Judeo-Christian religious item is refused ground on state grounds, its irrefutable proof that all Christian symbols on state grounds were a deep violation of our freedom of religion.

The push by the Satanic Temple has rankled elected leaders in this conservative state known as the buckle of the Bible Belt, who say such a proposal would never be approved by the commission.

"I think you've got to remember where you are. This is Oklahoma, the middle of the heartland," said Rep. Don Armes, R-Faxon. "I think we need to be tolerant of people who think different than us, but this is Oklahoma, and that's not going to fly here."

They should be forced to remove all Christian symbols and forced to keep up the statue of Satan for at least one decade since they just admitted they have been discriminated against all religions and in favor of Christianity since they became a state.

Agreed. That's what I love about Satanists. They show the utter hypocrisy of all those claiming their religious rights are being infringed upon when they aren't allowed to shove their religion down our throats.

How about a statue to Zoroaster, the prophet for the first monotheistic religion? Won't that make the religious right even more mad, since they can't call 'em a bunch of wiccans or pagans, without a couple thousand years of historic and anthropological evidence tossed against them in retaliation?
