I wouldn't give a Realtor 6% of my trash if they asked for it. I have bought and sold many houses/condos and always done better than any realtor. Why? Because it is my money, NOT theirs. I care more than they do. Period.

6% commission is not a problem if one is not a dumbass by paying more than 10% of listing price.
Mortgage companies,agents & sellers don't give a damn about buyers.
BUYERS CONTROL THE MARKET,with the exception of the stupid ones. I know this is too complex for many.
