Just shave Obama's head and juice him with anabolic steroids. That will induce raging, paranoid ideation, same result.

In the Presidential election of 1800, opponents of Thomas Jefferson called him a "howling atheist." He didn't deny it during the campaign, and he won by a plurality vote, but in 1803 he wrote:

"I am a Christian, in the only sense in which he wished any one to be; sincerely attached to his doctrines, in preference to all others; ascribing to himself every human excellence; and believing he never claimed any other."

In 1804 President Jefferson published a book on the life and morals of Jesus, omitting the miracles:

Whether Jesus actually lived as a material person is a question as to which different people have different opinions, but it seems probable that TJ thought so. Others wrote that Jefferson had converted from Episcopalian to Deist.

As for Jesse, his record as Governor of Minnesota speaks in his favor, but what would most likely count against him isn't necessarily what he doesn't believe, but rather some of the conspiracy theories that he does believe.

Kinky Freidman the jewish cowboy comedian (seriously it's true) ran for governor of texas on a platform of "couldn't do worse" and got 17%. Jesse should have him on the ticket as vice president.

I thought Joe Biden declared that Obama would go down in history as the country's best Vice President.
