Speak for yourself.

I use it to stalk exes and "Like" facebook, under 20 different accounts with names like "Mike Pusfield" and "Eeblis McGillicuddy".

How can you say FB is useless?

The article says it happened during 2012, it didn't say the impetus nor the outcome of the experiments. I would wager that it was Obama campaign related.

Social media should be barred from the Election process.
Candidates should be disqualified for using social media.
Social media may be a buzz with a candidate, but if it's found to be that some PAC interest or the Candidate pulling some Social media campaign/experiment/blitz, they should be charged with a federal crime and imprisoned up to 25 years.

That way we'll avoid the next Obama.

I stand corrected. Stalkers and extreme narcissists should have a venue to play in.

Likewise (pun intended) businesses with crappy products and services need to be able to to purchase billions of clickfarm "likes" to influence gullible customers.
