http://time.com/3222176/campus-rape-the-problem-with-yes-means-yes/

The bill’s supporters praise it as an important step in preventing sexual violence on campus. In fact, it is very unlikely to deter predators or protect victims. Instead, its effect will be to codify vague and capricious rules governing student conduct, to shift the burden of proof to (usually male) students accused of sexual offenses, and to create a disturbing precedent for government regulation of consensual sex.

Why do feminist trash hate freedom?

R.I.P. to the natural born right every freedom living soul used to have , to utilize the age old "sometimes no means yes",,,,words to live by

2   Tenpoundbass   2014 Sep 29, 11:17pm

So we're going to be a culture of randy perverted scumbags, where it will be perfectly legal, and sane, to ask a stranger... "Hey baby wanna Fuck?"

3   lostand confused   2014 Sep 29, 11:19pm

CA-not sure how it went so off the rails?

4   Tenpoundbass   2014 Sep 29, 11:20pm

If I lived in California I would march right on over to Stanford, with a pencil in one hand, and a note pad in the other, and a pocket full of condoms. I would walk by every hot girl(maybe even your daughter, sister or even wife, who knows) and ask them "Hey wanna fuck? yeah, no" note the answer for future reference and on to the next hot looking meat bag.

5   Tenpoundbass   2014 Sep 29, 11:51pm

This is the only way to fight this. I implore every ugly mother fucker in California to listen to the feminists who have no fucking idea what in the hell they want.
See secretly these feminists think it's the Fiddy Cent and the Jay Z that's going to ask them point blank if they want to fuck. They practice that shit in the mirror, with the Big Pickle on standby, for after they work them selves up into a demented horny fantasy fervor.
But if in reality the Melvin Dookybaughm's and the Skip Snotface, hit them up with point blank propositions, they would be singing a different tune fast.

So get out there today, I don't want one single female in California to not make though today with out being sexually harassed, and asked to fuck at least 50 times today.

They should be asked to fuck in the grocery store, on the freeway, while pumping gas, while at church, while they are in the unemployment line, on the way to fat camp, EMT's should be asking hot heart attack, and car crash victims, "hey let me see your titties!"

Hey Fembots! Why don't guys just whip their Dicks out when they want to fuck, and that could be code for... "Hey do you wanna fuck?" and then you femmies can reply... "Oooh! Not if you were the LAST immigrant grocer on Earth Suckah!"

6   Tenpoundbass   2014 Sep 29, 11:57pm

If I were a Koch brother I would pay every homeless toothless mother fuckers I could find in LA. I would pay them ask bitches all day long as they waked by, if they wanted to fuck.
Then I would have a hell of a time defending them in court for sexual harassment.

Libbies just make it so fucking easy for them. That's why they do it. They are just bored billionaires.

feminazis -sigh the USA is the Saudi Arabia for men. At least here, me take car eof their women. here we make money and give it to the women and they kick us and enjoy life.

men are forced to part with their assets in alimony-but no women is forced to maintain the man in the lifestyle he was used to. I think the only thing men can do is to become bums and live off women. Equality indeed-haha.

Here is the feisty rock and roll lesbo Camile Paglia addressing the issue in a subsiquent issue of Time:
"Colleges should stick to academics and stop their infantilizing supervision of students’ dating lives, an authoritarian intrusion that borders on violation of civil liberties. Real crimes should be reported to the police, not to haphazard and ill-trained campus grievance committees."

Hey lesbians can "rape" other girls too, or at least, be accused of such. The femidykes should keep that in mind, that their plot to drive men away from young nubile college girls could backfire!

11   Peter P   2014 Sep 30, 2:02am

Why don't colleges simply require each student to have a safe word?

The thing is that false rape charges, remember Kobe Bryant at the hotel in Colorado, now ten years ago, tend to be scandalous and have been known to hurt ppl's business and reputation.

The moment that incident had occurred, everyone around me automatically assumed that Kobe was guilty but I saw that it was BS. And of course, she immediately calmed up, after getting a million out of the deal. How convenient. That's not a person looking for justice and a public apology but a scam artist.

Kobe had lost his Coca-Cola, McDonald, & Nutella deals, as a result of a false rape charge. That was worth more than his NBA salary.

13   Rin   2014 Sep 30, 2:23am

My defense against any charge of any sort (since it would be a complete fabrication) is this ...

"Your honor, I have not bo*nked in the United States of America for X years"

Or, just ask the accuser...

"Am I circumcised?"

Yup, and then there are those ... who've been showing up at my threads, continually criticizing me because I don't bother dating & bo*nking in the USA and would rather see international esc*rts in Canada, Brazil, Australia, and other places where it's legal.

I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Very few people are truly open-minded. Besides, they would have to accept that whichever path they followed is not the only one.

As you can tell from my thread about "Jenna", I don't have an issue with a certain subsection of society, which decides that marriage and the traditional life, is a viable option.

http://patrick.net/?p=1249432

The fact that she's a rarity, however, is probably something which upsets the apple cart, because in a way, it's saying that our society basically sucks, looking forward and that many ppl, on their wedding day, don't want to believe that they'll be among the divorcees or quiet desperation crowd.

Look, women in this society are totally crazy about their WEDDING day. They get stressed out over the tiniest details. What they should really worry about is the marriage itself. They expected that DAY was the zenith of their life. Guess what, of course it will go downhill from there.

BTW, I successfully convinced my wife that diamond is made of the same stuff as charcoal. Sometimes, Chemistry is more useful than Finance. ;-)

Word. Gotta spend money! Because everybody knows - perfect reception = perfect marriage.

Just FYI: Diamonds are found in Kimberlite and have nothing to do with Coal, despite widespread rumor that they do. :)

Well, charcoal is mostly carbon. We are carbon-based lifeforms too, but I needed to compare diamond against something less appealing.

I knew a couple who'd spent $100K on that day. They were divorced in 2 years.

No wonder the wedding industry is so profitable -- repeat customers!

Wow, 100K? Does that include a charter jet for their honeymoon?

Yup, two of those weddings is like my esc*rting bill for decades.

24   mell   2014 Sep 30, 3:14am

100K is not that much. 30K-50K just gets you a wedding-dinner plus ceremony at a winery in the east bay, depending on the amount of guests. Probably as overpriced as bay area shacks.

25   Tenpoundbass   2014 Sep 30, 3:20am

You gotta go to the JP, then make a BBQ back at the house.
I'm not going to make a couple Nancy boys rich for catering my reception and snapping a few pictures, when everybody and their uncle has a 12mp camera or greater on their phone, and I can get a 20 lb bag of frozen Chicken Cordon Bleu at Costco for $12.99

Well, up until 3 years ago, I'd thought that $100K was a lot of money.

The fact that many ppl, don't even have that as an annual salary (esp after taxes), tells me that there's something wrong with this wedding mentality.

I wonder if some people host their wedding at a time-share presentation. Probably free ceremony and dinner.

That would be a win-win situation. :-)

BTW, after the false rape charge in Colorado, Kobe Bryant had bought this wife, Vannesa, a $4M ring, to calm her down so she wouldn't divorce him.

At an expensive esc*rting rate of $300/hr, that would give me an allnighter, every week, for over 20 years.

30   Ceffer   2014 Sep 30, 3:26am

I don't care what Lesbians say, do, declare or legislate, as long a they precede any public statement or activity by taking off their clothes for an extended session of slathering each other's swollen, aching pudendas with tongue, finger, and dildo for public exposition.

It is the only way they can truly validate themselves in the public eye and be considered true Americans.

Or an $8K/month, Sugar Baby setup ... some 40 years. And that would be like having a semi-permanent mistress, but being able to change 'em, when circumstances change.
