WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Sen. Barbara Boxer, a California Democrat, announced Thursday she will not run for re-election in 2016. Boxer made the announcement in a video posted on her web site. Boxer was first elected to the Senate in 1992.

Wow, I did not expect that actually. I wonder who will be next, or who the elite has been grooming for that seat. It's not exactly democratic process.
