Scheme operated in Chico and Sacramento •  Plus a lesson in courtroom decorum Leonard Williams, 52, of Sacramento, has been sentenced to over seven years and three months in federal prison for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and two counts of money laundering, in connection with a mortgage fraud scheme, according to U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner.

Must have been a small fry. All the bankers who committed mortgage fraud during the bubble and bust, including the robosigners, got off scott free.

The DAs only go after individuals with little power because they are easy. DAs are lazy shits.
