That has nothing to do with that despicable cop's actions. I hope he gets his 645 k and that old white granny next to him who got sprayed should get another 1 million or more. Cities should have a clause to take it out of their pensions.
There was no reason for that-unless one is a thug cop who thinks the ordinary people/slaves exist only to pay taxes for his salary/pension and ought to be like the perfect Stepford citizens, obeying and showing great respect to the donut eaters. The words public servants is lost on most.
