I bet there will be no integrity from either side. When it comes to elections, these days it's all about winning no matter what it is. I don't expect polite debates, I expect mud slinging and name calling and all kinds of general nastiness. I'm not looking forward to the elections, it'll give lots of folks temporary insanity, who would want that?

I'll just gladly accept all in debates with the whole political field allowed to state their issues. Rather than what we've had for at least the last 12 years or more.
Where the NETWORKS decide who gets to participate and who will be arrested by the state Police if they show up.

In fact you know what? The liberals and republicans can have their two party system and the closed primaries and network hand picked debates.
Just give the MAJORITY of the voters(The no part affiliated voters) the right to participate in the Primaries. Or a third choice(The People's Choice) primaries that registered Democrats and Republicans aren't allowed to vote in.

I bet that's not going to change in 2016. I'm hoping Republicans will finally put up better candidates this time around. Democrats already went all in into Hillary campaign. Democrats will start mud slinging and making racial accusations, and Republicans will have no choice but to counter with same. And it'll go down hill. Wanna bet?

And why would there be any difference? Both Jeb and Hitlary are Neoliberal Imperialists. Both support TPP, Biased Trade, Outsourcing, Insourcing, Deficit Spending, Humungous Military Budgets, the F-35, the MIC, the PIC, etc. Hitlary tried to introduce Romneycare back in the 90s, and Jeb won't do shit to change it as it benefits Insurance Companies. Hitlary has a proven record of railroading whistleblowers and is no friend of Civil Liberties, and Jeb rigs elections by disenfranchising voters by making the boundaries of disqualification so broad it's like the Atlantic Ocean.

The only difference between the Two is maybe Civil Unions vs. Marriage for Gays.

Ha ha ha.... That's just what I was thinking!!!

That's interesting...

TL;DR It'll all be about cultural warfare/identity issues that evoke Pavlovian responses among groups between the PBS Crowd vs. the Guns Crowd. It'll come down to arguing over whether the Bravo Channel is better than the Country Network, PMSNBC vs. Faux News.

Should my choice be between Sanders and Clinton, I'll pick Sanders.

If it's between Clinton and a Bush, Clinton I guess.

Just prolonging the agony tho since with a GOP congress nothing constructive is going to get done in DC.

Fleeing is the best option. Doesn't have to be to Japan I suppose, Maui might work equally well. Lower cost of living there, LOL.

Wonder what Germany's like. I'm more or less German on both sides so I'd kinda fit in I guess, until I tried to say something.

How about a None of the Above choice?

Anybody remember Kinky Friedman the jewish texas cowboy comedian country western singer (no it's true). He ran for governer of texas as independent and got 17% of the vote. His campaign slogan was "I couldn't do worse". Sanders ought to use that slogan as the basis for his campaign.
