So this is what sexually frustrated boys like CIC do when they have no forum to troll on. I guess if CIC wasn't trolling on PatNet, he'd be joining some group of dumbasses like ISIS.
This is why prostitution should not only be legal, but also government subsidized. That way, young ugly men who can't get laid won't join ISIS or troll PatNet. Yes, it would be costly to pay for whores for all the CICs of the world, but it might be cheaper than dealing with their destructive behavior when they can't get laid.
